ThunderGuard Roofing & Exteriors is hiring a Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an outside sales role ideal for individuals who are self-driven, comfortable meeting homeowners face-to-face, and motivated by performance-based income.

INCOME POTENTIAL

• Performance-based compensation, competitive splits!
• Top sales representatives earn $10,000+ per month
• Six-figure annual income achievable
• No cap on earnings

TERRITORY

• Austin and surrounding areas
• As far north as Temple and south to San Marcos

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate leads through door knocking, networking, and local events
• Perform roof inspections
• Work directly with homeowners on insurance claims
• Present estimates and close roofing projects
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal team
• Represent ThunderGuard professionally in the field

TRAINING PROVIDED

We train our sales representatives on:

• Roofing systems and inspections
• Insurance claims process
• Sales and closing scripts
• Product knowledge and pricing
   

Roofing experience is preferred, but sales experience and the right attitude matter most.

REQUIREMENTS

• Reliable vehicle (truck or car)
• Ladder required
• Comfortable with door knocking and outside sales
• Strong communication skills
• Self-starter with good follow-up habits
